Enjoy a refreshing swim in the 6x3m chlorine pool, ranging from 1m to 1.5m deep, or relax on one of five sun loungers. The poolside breakfast terrace also doubles as a barbecue area in the evening. On the other side, a chill-out corner invites you to unwind with a glass of wine. The plot is fenced with direct neighbors nearby. This two-story home offers 130m² of living space with three cozy bedrooms on the first floor, all with wardrobes. Two rooms have double beds, and one has twin beds, all benefiting from natural light. A cot and high chair are available upon request. The house has two bathrooms, one on each floor, equipped with a bathtub or shower. The living-dining room is perfect for family meals or talks, while the children enjoy a movie on the satellite TV. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a vitro hob, and the laundry area has a washer, iron, and ironing board. There is A/C in the living room and the hallway on the first floor. For beach lovers, Puerto de Alcúdia offers water sports, shopping, and dining options, just 10 minutes away from the house. The fine sand beach, perfect for families with children, is a 10-minute walk away, with moderate swell. Alcúdia’s old town is a 10-minute drive, where you can explore its colorful market on Saturdays and Tuesdays. Please note: changeover days are Saturdays in June, July, and August. Pets and events are not allowed. There is parking for one car. A tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies, with rates depending on the season.
