The residential complex features a communal chlorine pool (15 m x 9 m) with depths ranging from 1.5 m to 2 m, along with a children's pool at 0.6 m deep. Both pools are open from June to September, and outdoor showers are available for convenience. Enjoy year-round access to the tennis court (bring your own racquets and balls). The flat includes a private terrace furnished for relaxing while enjoying lovely sea views. Inside, the bright living-dining room offers a sofa bed for two and a gas cooker, equipped with all necessary utensils for preparing your favorite meals. It's a cozy space for reading, watching TV, or enjoying a DVD with the kids. The bedroom features two single beds and a fan, while two radiators provide warmth on cooler days. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower and bidet. Located in Playa de Gandia, the fine sandy beach offers all essential services for a perfect holiday. The three-kilometer-long Nort de Gandia beach features sun loungers, parasols, and a promenade lined with restaurants and cafés. For a quieter experience, visit l'Ahuir beach, known for its dunes and wildlife, ideal for surfing.
