Furthermore, the house has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The area of Gandia Beach pretty much has all the amenities you will count on. It is only 100m from the fine white sand beach which stretches for over 3km. At the end of it, if you like water sports, you will able to find a sailing and windsurfing school. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station.
