This fantastic apartment is located in a complex with excellent communal facilities, including a spacious 19m x 8.5m chlorine pool (0.6m to 1.9m depth), an outdoor shower, and a tennis court (please bring your own rackets and balls). The pool is open from June to September, offering plenty of time to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The apartment also features a private furnished terrace with beautiful sea views, perfect for breakfast. Located on the fifth floor with elevator access, the apartment includes a bright living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a vitro hob, washer, iron, and ironing board. There is one bedroom with a double bed and two additional bedrooms, each with two twin beds. The apartment has a shower bathroom and a separate bath with a bathtub. A cot and high chair are available if needed. Just a minute's walk from the apartment is Playa de Gandía, a beautiful sandy beach where you can rent hammocks and parasols, play beach volleyball, try water sports, or enjoy a relaxing walk along the seafront and port, which are full of bars, restaurants, and ice cream shops. Gandía also offers a fascinating old town with historical monuments like the Ducal Palace, City Hall, and Santa Clara's Convent. For nature enthusiasts, the nearby Cueva del Parpalló is a must-see prehistoric site. Tourist License: AT-36668-V Ecotasa (tourist tax) applies, and guests must pay this tax upon arrival. The amount ranges from 0.55EURO to 2.2EURO per night per guest, depending on the season. The tax is reduced by half after 9 days of stay. Exemptions apply for children under 16. A deposit is required upon arrival. Pets up to 15kg are welcome.
