The flat is on the third floor with lift and has a small terrace overlooking the urbanisation. A storage room with outdoor shower belongs to the flat, very practical to wash off the sand after a long day at the beach or to store the children's beach toys. The flat is simply but comfortably furnished, offering a living-dining room equipped with a ceiling fan, a kitchen equipped with a gas hob and some utensils (kettle on request). You can choose between three bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and the other two with two single beds (90x180). All bedrooms are equipped with fan and wardrobe. Apart from the en-suite bathroom there is another bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with a baby, we provide a cot and a highchair. The sandy beach is just 150 meters away, offering a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere. Enjoy walks along the promenade with stops for coffee or ice cream. Playa de Piles has supermarkets, restaurants, and playgrounds for a convenient stay. Gandia’s historic old town is 10 km away, and the Oliva Nova Golf Course is 12.5 km from the flat. Note: Guests under 28 are not accepted unless part of a family. Passport copies of all guests are required. Pets are welcome, but events are not allowed.
