This attractive stone villa is surrounded by beautiful mature trees that contain a wide variety of plants and shrubs. The famous and picturesque town of Pollensa, of which its old town stands out, is nearby; and there are supermarkets and a couple of bars within walking distance. Outside there is a nice barbecue, ideal for lovers of outdoor dining. The pool is surrounded by grass and has steps. Inside, the house is traditionally furnished and decorated with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. We access the villa through the main door located next to the front terrace, which leads directly to the spacious living room. On the right, a door leads to the fitted kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary equipment for a holiday home.
