Traditional Mallorquin style country house, with 3 bedrooms and private pool to rent just 2 km from Pollensa, Mallorca. The house is situated along the main road between Pollensa Old Town and Puerto de Pollensa, just a few minutes drive to the Puerta Pollensa Beach and only 4.5km. from the well-known Cala Sant Vicenç. It is a rustic style house and consists of two floors, but only the ground floor is available to rent. A perfect family retreat, but close to many services. From the entrance you access the living / dining room with traditional style, sofas, TV and stereo. The house has one double bedroom and two twin rooms . There is also a bathroom with bath/ shower. The kitchen is accessed crossing the terrace and is fully equipped with all necessary electrical appliances. Outside there are two areas to enjoy eating "al fresco". To complete the house, crossing one of the terraces we find a large traditional rustic room, with built in barbecue/ wood oven and equipped with work surfaces extra gas rings, and sink.
