The two-storey house has a cosy living room equipped with a fireplace, ideal for relaxing evenings, and a set of sofas that invite you to share family moments. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (including a fridge, oven, kettle and coffee maker) is perfect for preparing meals and enjoying them in the dining room, with views of the garden and the pool.
Can Avinent has three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 4 guests, with the option of hosting 2 additional people upon request. The bedrooms are spacious and bright, with comfortable beds and decorative details that reflect the Mallorcan style, such as wooden beams, warm wall tones and elegant bedspreads. The bathrooms are equipped with flush showers and a bathtub, as well as all the necessary amenities such as a hair dryer and towels.
