This magnificent chalet combines the elegance and design of a recently renovated luxury property, using local stone and high-quality decorative elements. It offers exclusive accommodation for your holidays in Pollensa, featuring a private heated swimming pool and three terraces. Plus, enjoy free and unlimited WIFI.

Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with a spacious, elegant, and airy living room equipped with everything you need for your entertainment. From here, doors open to the patio and pool area, an ideal spot for relaxation and sunbathing. You'll also find a barbecue and a large table for family gatherings and outdoor dinners. In this area, there's also a bathroom and an outdoor toilet for your convenience.

On the same floor, you'll find a new, modern, American-style kitchen, fully equipped with all the utensils you need for your vacation. Open the large sliding doors of the kitchen to connect it with the pool area and enjoy outdoor living during the summer months.

On the first floor, there's a spacious double bedroom with a private bathroom and a private terrace perfect for sunbathing. Additionally, there are two additional twin double bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, all decorated with high-quality local stone designs. On the rooftop, you'll find a luxurious 120m2 luxury suite with a private lounge for you to enjoy the space you deserve, a small gym for the more active guests, and a large dressing room for all your vacation outfits. Plus, there's a luxurious sofa bed for two people.

All bedrooms are equipped with cold/hot air conditioning. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, air conditioning is programmed in all units from 21:00 to 8:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.

In the evenings, you can enjoy a wide variety of activities in the town or simply relax at one of the restaurants and bars in the area.

You can also visit the beach and bay of Puerto Pollensa, which offers a wide range of water sports to choose from. You can relax on the beach during the day or, for the more active, rent windsurfing, kayaking, sailing, or try water skiing or jet skiing.
