Villa Moragues is a villa located in a privileged area, surrounded by mountains and nature. With a beautiful driveway and an extensive garden, this accommodation is the perfect place for a fantastic holiday.

The focal point of the villa is its wonderful swimming pool with sun terrace and sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The large garden is the ideal place for both children and adults to play and have fun together. You can also prepare delicious barbecues while watching your family or friends play an exciting game of ping pong or take a refreshing dip in the pool. In the evenings, the terrace becomes the perfect place to enjoy a delicious dinner under the stars, accompanied by an exquisite local wine.

This charming one-storey villa has three bedrooms. Two of them have single beds and one has a double bed. The house is cosy, with wooden beamed ceilings and light-coloured décor creating a relaxing atmosphere. In the living room, you will find comfortable armchairs and a Smart TV to enjoy your favourite films or programmes. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for you to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

The villa offers unlimited wifi so you can stay connected at all times. In the hallway, you will find a bright bedroom with two single beds and another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and beautiful views of the garden. In addition, there is another bedroom with two single beds. There is also a second smaller bathroom with bathtub.

All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.

Villa Moragues is set on a large plot surrounded by trees, plants and shrubs, giving you a sense of privacy and tranquillity. In addition, you can enjoy incredible views of the surrounding mountains, creating a spectacular natural environment.

In a fabulous location, just a few minutes drive from the beaches of Port Pollensa, Cala San Vicente and the old town of Pollensa.

In Pollensa you will find shops, a cultural centre, Pollensa market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present in this historic town. Enjoy the atmosphere in the evening and take part in its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers' market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices abound.

The beach at Puerto Pollensa is perfect for relaxing in the sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing.

In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala, as it is known by the locals) there is a small supermarket, several small restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
