Villa Can Morro is the ideal place to enjoy a family, couple or friends holiday. This cosy and spacious villa with incredible mountain views is located 3 minutes by car from Pollensa, and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Villa Can Morro is a two-storey house with spacious and bright rooms.

Inside, the Can Morro villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, including oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. It also has a dining area and a cosy living room with satellite TV to enjoy a movie or a good local wine.

On the same floor, to the right of the living room, there is a room with two beds and a shower bathroom.

Upstairs there is a small living room ideal for resting or reading a good book. On this floor, on one side there is a room with two beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, and on the other side a room with a double bed, which has a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub as well as a shower.

All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, the villa has air conditioning programmed in all units from 9pm to 8am and from 2pm to 4pm.

Other amenities include free WiFi, iron and ironing board, and private parking.

The outdoor areas of the property are truly impressive. You can enjoy a large private garden with outdoor furniture. The barbecue is ideal for enjoying a delicious lunch or dinner with the wonderful views. The pool is perfect for cooling off on hot days.

The house also has a furnished terrace and balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the mountain views.

The location of the house is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends. In a fabulous location, a few steps from the Golf of Pollensa, 3 minutes drive from the old town of Pollensa and 10 from its beautiful beaches of crystal clear water.

In Pollença you will find stores, a cultural center, the pollença market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional stores and churches are also present in this historic town. Enjoy the surroundings in the evening and take part in its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices abound.

The beach of Puerto Pollensa is perfect for relaxing in the sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing.

In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as the locals know it) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
