The cosy terrace of 10 m2 of this apartment, -located on a second floor without an elevator-, is perfect to enjoy a good breakfast at the table and sofa in it. You will feel the sea breeze from here and will be able to watch the sea in the distance as well as the beautiful mountains of the area. The beautiful canal located just downstairs comes from the sea, and it also makes this place special and perfect for a nice walk to the sea shore. You will find a sofa in the living-dining room where you can sit and enjoy a good reading, an entertaining film in the TV-Sat or you can simply rest. This room is even cosier thanks to the AC. The kitchen is independent and it has all you need to cook during your stay, including the gas stove and the oven. Of course, there also are a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will find two rooms with a closet, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, as well as a bathroom with a tub for the whole accommodation. If you are travelling with a baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair. The location is ideal because any needed service is reachable on foot in a few minutes, as well as by car or bus. There is a supermarket, all kinds of restaurants and the bust stop near the apartment. The bus passes by every 15 minutes in summer and you can visit Puerto de Alcudia, the town of Alcudia, Puerto de Pollensa and other places like Can Picafort. The street market of Alcudia takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays and the village becomes a lively place.
