The exterior of the house is wonderful. It has a terrace at the front, 20 m2, with a table for 4 people, also at the back of the house has a beautiful and quiet lawn garden of about 35m2 with a parasol and two sun loungers, a barbecue and a table for 6 people to enjoy summer dinners outdoors. The townhouse located on a ground floor of 105m2 and with no neighbours above, is ideal for couples with children. In the living room there is an AC and a comfortable 6-seater sofa where you can relax, watch TV, read a good book or take a nap. The separate kitchen has everything you need to cook during your holiday; a toaster, coffee machine, gas oven, gas cooker and fridge with freezer. Of course there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has three bedrooms with AC. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, one has two single beds and the third has two single beds in the form of a bunk bed. There is a bathroom with a bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair. The location of the flat is perfect as everything you need is within walking distance; plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, a taxi rank, a medical centre and a bus stop. The bus runs every 15 minutes in the direction of Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença or other directions such as Palma. In Puerto de Alcúdia there are all kinds of restaurants, leisure activities and shops. The nearest large supermarket is on the road from the village of Alcúdia to Can Picafort, near a petrol station about 300m from the house. The old town of Alcúdia, with its cobbled streets, is worth a visit; its squares, the church and the walls surrounding the town. Tourist license: ETV/8938
