The recently updated kitchen includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and all necessary utensils to make cooking a breeze. The apartment offers three cozy bedrooms, each with a closet. One bedroom has a double bed, a fan, and space for a cot and high chair, while the other two have two twin beds each. There are two bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a tub—for your convenience. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Located between the picturesque Gran Llac and the expansive sandy beach, this area boasts crystal-clear waters ideal for families and water sports enthusiasts. Don’t miss a visit to Alcudia, where you can explore the ancient wall and the lively street market held every Tuesday and Sunday. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 unless they are accompanied by family. Copies of passports are required for booking. Pets are not allowed, and events are forbidden. There is exterior parking available for one car. Tourist license: ETVPL/13117. Please note there is a mandatory tourist tax, Ecotasa, applicable to all guests over 16. Rates vary by season, with discounts after the ninth day of stay. A deposit must be paid to the owner upon arrival.
