This charming house features a wonderful terrace with beautiful views of the pine forest and beach, ideal for al fresco meals or sunbathing on the two loungers. Alternatively, you can simply walk a few steps to the beach. A second terrace on the opposite side offers stunning panoramic views of the mountains. Located on the second floor without a lift, the house has a modern, bright living-dining room with air conditioning, satellite TV, and a glass dining table. It’s a perfect spot for relaxing after a day at the beach or enjoying a meal indoors. The traditional kitchen with a beachy feel is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and all the necessary appliances and utensils. A bathroom with a bathtub serves the whole house. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, wardrobe, direct terrace access, and space for a cot and highchair, and the second with a sofa bed for a third guest. The washing machine, iron, and ironing board are located on the terrace. Puerto de Alcudia is a paradise for beach and mountain lovers. The beach is just a short walk away, and the mountains are easily accessible, with the Formentor lighthouse and Sa Talaia de Alcúdia nearby.
