The apartment is on the ground floor of a fenced housing development with four units. It boasts a shared garden with 12 sunbeds and a privileged direct access to the beach. The furnished porch is perfect to enjoy delicious meals alfresco or to simply sit and enjoy the sea breeze. This is a private corner with amazing views to the crystalline water. When you enter, a luminous and cosy living room welcomes you and invites to watch a film in the satellite TV channels or to enjoy a good reading while cooling with the AC. The kitchen has a gas stove and it is fully equipped with all you need to cook your best dishes or a good coffee. If you rather have lunch indoors you can take the table from outside. There are three bedrooms, 2 of them with a closet. Puerto de Alcudia is a very lively coastal area, where you will find all services for an independent stay. The amazing beach of fine sand and crystalline water will be the best place you 'll want to stay but there are other nearby coves of turquoise water like Mal Pas that you'll love. There is a grate gastronomic, leisure and night life offer, so you won't get bored for a second. In the town of Alcudia you will meet a part of the Mallorcan history admiring the medieval wall and walking through the narrow streets, specially on Tuesdays and Sundays, the days of market. Tourist license: ETVPL/12813The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55EURO /night and guest during the low season and 2.2EURO /night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
