This open plan fully glazed design, on one side of the villa, allows the fantastic views of the bay to be enjoyed whether you are cooking, eating or relaxing. The lounge, floor to ceiling patio doors, lead out to the extensive first floor terrace which has a quality teak decked sunbathing area with outdoor swimming pool and breathtaking panoramic views of the Puerto Pollensa bay. This area has ample comfortable sofa seating and a 2 x four-poster sunbed chill out loungers. Leading up from here are external stairs to the top roof terrace with 360 degree views of the breathtaking bay and surrounding Boquer Valley mountains.
You will find 1 x double bedroom on the main floor with en-suite bathroom which also has large patio doors leading out to the teak deck terrace.
On the lower floor you will find a gorgeous master bedroom with built-in closet and en-suite bathroom, also there is direct access to the large garden / private terrace at the front of the property. On this floor you will also find 2 x double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the indoor swimming pool.
This is a spectacular villa set in one of the nicest areas of Puerto Pollensa with everything on your door step. The Pine Walk, beaches and town centre are only short stroll away.
