This 110 m² holiday flat is located on the top floor of a three storey residential building with an elevator. It accommodates up to seven people. Due to its central location at the picturesque town of Port de Pollença you can easily access all amenities on foot. The balcony can be accessed from the living room. The apartment also has aa roof terrace with a covered barbecue and sitting area. Enjoy the stunning views over Port de Pollença´s roofs and the mountains from up here. The holiday flat offers three air conditioned bedrooms: two with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m and 1.35 x 1.90 m), one with two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m) and the fourth one with one single bed (0, 90 m x 1.90 m) and a ventilator. There are two bathrooms. One bathroom boasts a shower tub, the other bathroom a shower, a sink and a toilet. The modern kitchen has an adjacent utility room is furnished with a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee maker and a refrigerator. The large, air conditioned living room is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a cable television and a DVD player. There is also a small dining table. A washing machine and Wi-Fi are at your disposal. Each room is heated. A crib and a high chair are available upon request. The apartment is at the centre of town, making the pedestrian area with its bars and restaurants and the Wednesday weekly market, easily accessible on foot.
