The terrace offers stunning mountain views, making it the perfect spot for outdoor meals, relaxing on sun loungers, or enjoying a drink in the glazed barbecue area with sofas, ideal for preparing summer dishes and socializing. Inside, the living-dining room with air conditioning is perfect for watching TV or enjoying meals together. The kitchen maintains a traditional Mallorcan style and is fully equipped with plenty of cabinets, a gas stove, oven, microwave, and a prep table for your recipes. The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The apartment has four bedrooms: two with twin beds, one with a double bed, and one with a single bed. Three rooms are air-conditioned, each with a closet and direct access to a balcony. One of the twin bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a tub, and there's a second bathroom with a shower for the rest of the accommodation. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. The apartment also has gas central heating for the colder season. Located in the heart of Port de Pollensa, the area is lively, with restaurants, bars, and shops around the square. Every Wednesday, the street market offers fresh local produce. The beach is just 400 meters away, ideal for families. The nearby mountains provide beautiful hiking and biking routes. Access to the upper private terrace is via communal stairs. Note: Guests must be over 25 unless part of a family. A passport copy for all guests is required for booking.
