The porch has a barbecue and outside dining area. The property is fenced and is located within a residential area with neighbours around. The interior is characterised by spacious and well-equipped spaces. The split-level living-dining room offers comfortable sofas, where you can watch satellite TV, and a spacious dining area. The kitchen is independent, is equipped with a ceramic hob, and also offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Still on the ground floor we find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor and all have 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have AC.
