The detached house is situated in a quiet residential area and has over 150 sqm on the ground floor. Close to cala Anguila and Cala Mandia. Available for 6 people. It has a cosy living room with a leather couch and a flat-screen TV (only Spanish channels), from there you can enter the fully equipped kitchen which includes a refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and iron. In addition, there is a dining table with chairs in the kitchen that invite you to have meals together. There are also three bedrooms as well as two bathrooms with a shower or bathtub, and hairdryer. In the house you have access to free WLAN, air conditioning and heating. On request a cot and high chair can be provided. Bedroom 1: double bed 1.50m Bedroom 2: double bed 1.35m Bedroom 3: double bed 1.35m The house has a large terrace where you can relax in the sun and enjoy the holiday as well as a spacious garden, which is especially suitable for children to play. There is a private pool 3x6 meters. The property is surrounded by a hedge, to provide the necessary privacy. There is also a parking area on the holiday home’s property, which you can use during your stay altough parking in the street is free and easy. The property is only about 300 metres from the beaches of "Cala Mandia" and "Cala Anguilla". Both beaches were awarded the Blue Flag for their white sand and clear waters. There are further sections of Mallorca’s unspoiled coastline in the vicinity.Porto Cristo is about 2 km away. There are restaurants, bars and shopping possibilities for daily needs here. ET/3082
