On the main floor, which we can also access from the lower level via attractive exterior steps, we find a large living room with sofa and television. From the living room we access two attractive terraces. The main terrace, with views of the harbour at Porto Cristo leads to the prívate pool and barbecue. There is a sheltered terrace with a table which seats 8 people where you can enjoy breakfast overlooking the sea. The other terrace, which is furnished and situated next to the entrance and south facing, also enjoys lovely views. Next to the dining room there is a small lavatory. On the ground floor of the house there is a large garage with capacity for a number of vehicles, a small lavatory and the laundry. Externally you will find all you need for your holidays, with a prívate pool at the rear of the house and fantastic views of the sea and sports marina.
