Outside the property there is a refreshing salt water swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 metres and with a depth of 0.8 to 1.9 metres. It is also fenced, for the safety of the little ones. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. Inside, the 2-story house has a traditional and cosy style. The large dining room is equipped with sat TV, AC with heating pump, comfy sofas and armchairs and a large table for 6 people. The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven. The ground floor is completed with a bathroom with a bathtub and an electric radiator where you will also find the washing machine. In another separate room you will find the iron, the ironing board and space for the suitcases. The 3 bedrooms with AC with heating pump are on the top floor. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and an electric radiator and the other 2 have twin beds. We can also provide you with two cots and two highchairs if you are travelling with your babies. The property is located near Cala Anguila, Cala Magrana and Cala Mandía, three small beaches with golden sand and beautiful turquoise waters.
