A small inner courtyard brightens the entrance and one of the bedrooms. On the first floor, you'll find the common areas, including a third bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The bright living room opens onto a cozy 3 m² balcony. The kitchen, equipped with a vitro hob, seamlessly integrates with the living area, providing everything you need for comfortable cooking. A separate laundry area includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. All bedrooms and common areas are equipped with air conditioning, and baby amenities like a crib and highchair are available upon request.
