The house is located about 2 km away from the fisher town of Porto Colom where you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and a church. Furthermore, there is a pretty promenade going along the fisher port. In about 5 minutes by car you can reach the lovely, small sand beach of Cala Sanau as well as the holiday town of Cala D’Or. Here you have several other sandy bays and also an extensive pedestrian area with shops, restaurants and an exclusive marine. The house’s living area is distributed over two floors and offers spacious rooms furnished in a traditional style with plenty of natural light. The ground floor accommodates an open, bright living and dining area with access to a terrace with panoramic views of the light house of Porto Colom.
