This charming home features a comfortable terrace, perfect for relaxing evenings with friends and a bottle of wine. A mobile barbecue is available for outdoor cooking. The modern and cheerful living-dining room is open to the kitchen, which is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob. The space also includes a Smart-TV for entertainment. On the same floor, there are two bedrooms, both with double beds, air conditioning, and access to the balcony. A bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor. A cot and high chair are available upon request. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The third bedroom, accessed via a spiral staircase, is spacious but offers limited privacy as it is a mezzanine. It also has air conditioning and a second bathroom with a shower upstairs. The house is surrounded by beautiful beaches such as Cala Marsal, Cales de Mallorca, Cala D'Or, and Cala Sa Nau. Porto Colom, a picturesque town with a rich fishing history, offers fresh seafood and local shops. The neighboring villages of Santanyí and Ses Salines are famous for their salt production. The town of Porto Colom provides all essential services for a comfortable stay. Please note that pets are not allowed, and events are prohibited. A tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies, varying by season.
