Modern terraced house with chill-out terrace and partly harbor views. There are direct neighbors. The modern living-dining room with satellite-TV and A/C will make you feel at home from the first moment. If you fancy cooking you will enjoy doing this in the fully equipped kitchen with vitro hob. A laundry area features a washer, iron and ironing board. On the first floor you'll find two bedrooms; one with double bed and the second with two twin beds. Both count with A/C, closet and the master bedroom has enough space to prepare a cot and a high chair. This beautiful accommodation offers two shower bathrooms. Puerto de Andratx is in the Southwest of Mallorca and has supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a nice sea promenade. The next sand beach is in Sant Elm, 7 km from the house and already situated in the Sierra de Trmauntana. If you fancy doing some sports, nearby there are two golf courses: Andratx and Santa Ponça; besides the area is good for hiking and cycling. Visit the entertainment parks Katmandu in Magaluf and Western park and enjoy a day with your family! Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
