Son Llempaies is a very well maintained 7 bedroom three-storey quarry-stone villa of 320m2 for 12 people in the northwest valley of the Tramuntana Coast, located at the entrance to the beautiful Puerta de Sóller. The house lies in a Finca of 12000 m it is surrounded by a large pine forest, an orange and lemon grove and a spacious garden with palm trees which all together give it a particular and unique charm. The property is decorated with a fusion of old and new. Equipped with classic furniture, but modern and renovated bathrooms. The house offers an open plan kitchen/living-room. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances for cooking and the living area with sofas and armchairs. A large glass door gives direct access from the kitchen out to the house's 35m² covered terrace area furnished with spacious dining tables, chairs and a built-in BBQ. There is also an extra living room and a separate dining room with antique Mallorcan-style furnishings and exposed wooden ceiling beams. There is a W.C with access from the house or directly from outside and a laundry room with washing machine and sink The bedrooms are spread across 3 storeys: On the ground floor, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower. Another space houses 2 continuous bedrooms with a single bed in each and a separate bathroom with shower On the first floor, there are 2 further bedrooms (both with twin beds) and a large bathroom with a shower and 2 sinks. On the second floor, 2 more equally double bedrooms can be found, each with their own en-suite bathroom with shower. With all these spacious areas the house offers it is ideal for a larger group, everyone will find their private space and options for retreating here. This property comes with Free Wi-Fi in the house and pool area. Crossing the garden is situated the delightful private salt water pool, set in the attractive garden and with spectacular views. This has a permanent waterfall installed which supplies additional refreshment in the pool. The discreet solarium where you can enjoy swimming, sun and tranquillity has numerous comfortable pool loungers and shade parasols available as needed The house offers a professional ping pong table for your enjoyment and parking for 3 cars. Notes Damage deposit required on arrival In this villa there are 2 cots and high chairs available free of charge upon request. The cost of electricity will be calculated on departure. The first €70 for the 7 nights will be included in the price, the rest will be charged in cash upon departure. The A/C produces hot and cold air, in case of very cold the optional use of central heating will be charged in cash at the establishment Services included: Dishwasher tablets, A roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, Hand soap in each bathroom, Liquid detergent and sponge in the kitchen, Free final cleaning, Sheets and towels (one change provided after 7 nights) Catering service available upon request and in advance. Check in from 4pm, deadline for check in is 9pm. The historic tram connects Sóller with Port de Sóller, passing through several farms and beautiful orchards. A spectacular route! Then the wooden train connects Soller with the capital, Palma, so it is not necessary to use a rental car to travel to the capital. VT/1833
