Beautiful villa with private swimming pool featuring up of 3 luminous rooms, 3 complete bathrooms, a large living room, next to its comfortable armchairs we find a fireplace that gives a touch of distinction to the environment, also has a TV and a delicate decoration. It is remarkable its spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining area and overlooking the garden.

If you want to enjoy the outdoors outdoors, there are furniture, hammocks and umbrellas where you can relax by the pool enjoying an aperitif or meals made in its splendid barbecue with your loved ones, the place is ideal to take advantage of the summer afternoons.

It also has a wonderful park for the little ones, so it is a house designed for families.

Puig de Ros is located to the southeast of Palma, with a life of its own, its surroundings of calm and rest make it ideal for families but only 10 min by car from the Playa de Palma known for its leisure area. Puig de Ros is ideal for cycling trips and excursions along the cliffs.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.

This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas. Although it does not have central heating, all air conditioners have a heat pump for the winter.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
