Beautiful villa in the heart of the UNESCO Natural Heritage "Serra de Tramuntana". The nearest town is Sóller, one of the most beautiful places in Majorca, where you will also find the Port of Sóller. Tourist license number: 8674/2017/ET.

The villa has a double room on the first floor with a double bed and a single bed. The bedroom has a ceiling fan. And on the ground floor, in the living room, an extra sofa bed for 2 additional people. Fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with incredible views of the Serra de Tramontana. You will enjoy a 150 sq.m. garden. Sit and relax reading a book or having a glass of wine on one of the terraces (50 sq.m. terrace on the first floor and 300 sq.m. terrace on the ground floor).

It is undoubtedly a perfect place to enjoy a holiday in nature, enjoy a world-renowned place and away from the noisy city. You will also have the company of a typical Majorcan animal: a donkey named "Rosa", who is adorable. Please note that to reach the accommodation, you have to go through a cobblestone path of about 500 meters, which may influence the choice of a rental car.

Additional cost! The use of heating in winter will have an additional cost of 7.00 € for the pellet bag (each bag has an autonomy of approximately 12 hours of heating). It must be paid in advance at the time of check-in. If you do not use the entire bags, we will refund the difference.

The Sóller area is known for its idyllic landscapes and described by Archduke Luís Salvador in the late 19th century as a paradise. Recently named a UNESCO Natural Heritage Site, the Serra de Tramuntana houses natural treasures such as Sa Calobra, the Lluc Monastery and countless typical villages such as Fornalutx, Soller, Biniaraix, etc. In the town of Sóller you will find supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. In addition to a sandy beach in the Port of Soller about 3 km by car.

Please note that a car/taxi is absolutely necessary to reach the property. Access to the house is through a road with no public transport.

Rules:

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, if the rule is not complied with, a penalty will be imposed.

- Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.

- Guests will be required to take care of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the established containers or collection points before the end of their stay.

- Responsible use of air conditioning and heating should be made, turning them off when not inside the villa.

ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any person in your group, the owner has the right to evict the customer and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.

Booking Conditions:

- Visitors must pay a deposit of 300.00 Euros before arrival, which will be refunded upon departure.

- Tourist Tax: 2.2€/adult/night to be paid in cash upon arrival.

- Please note that check-in after 9:00 pm has an additional charge of 50€ to be paid in cash upon arrival.

*** According to the current law in the Balearic Islands, you will only find a replacement of the basic necessary goods in the house. Anything you need, please ask your welcome host in advance. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.
