Welcome to this magnificent two-building property, featuring stunning outdoor spaces including a chlorine pool (9m x 4m, 1.2m to 1.8m deep) surrounded by lush grass and multiple terraces, perfect for relaxing, enjoying a drink, or reading a book. A barbecue area invites you to prepare delicious meals with loved ones. The main building spans three floors and includes a spacious living room with satellite TV, a large dining room with seating for 18 guests, and a fully equipped industrial kitchen with gas stove. There are seven bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a bath. All bedrooms feature double beds (one has two single beds), air conditioning, central heating, and a wardrobe. Three bedrooms are on the first floor, three on the second, and one on the third. The property also includes a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. For families with young children, we can provide up to two cots and high chairs. Located in the heart of Sóller, a picturesque village in the Sierra de Tramuntana, you’ll have access to all essential services, including shops, restaurants, and bars. Visit the historical Sant Bartomeu Church, dating back to 1236. Puerto de Sóller, with its sandy beaches, is easily accessible by train or bus. The area offers scenic hiking routes and charming villages to explore. Tourist License: TI/48 Ecotasa (tourist tax) applies. Rates range from 0.55EURO /night to 2.2EURO /night per guest. The tax is reduced after the 9th day of stay. Pets are not allowed. Events are prohibited. Note: The annex building is not available. We cannot accept guests under 20 years unless traveling as a family. Please provide passport copies for all guests.
