This spacious two-story home features a bright living room with satellite TV, a dining area, and a modern kitchen with direct access to the porch. The ground floor has two bedrooms—one double and one with two single beds—plus a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs is a third bedroom with two single beds, a second bathroom, and an unfurnished terrace. All bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning. A cot and high chair are available on request, and the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Located near the protected Mondragó Natural Park, the villa is 2.5 km from Portopetro with grocery stores and restaurants.
