You will feel the rustic charm of the antic Mallorca from the spectacular terrace of this impressive town house. It offers a wonderful chill-out with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs together with a little table where you can enjoy an appetiser and admire the beautiful mountain views. At night, this is the perfect place to cool down after a long day at the beach or making an excursion, enjoying a glass of champagne under the wonderful starry sky. This is a town house with neighbours around. The spacious three storey house offers a special traditional style with wooden beams and stone walls here and there, spotted by some more modern corners. The cosy living room, on the ground floor, offers two armchairs and a sofa where you can watch TV while you refresh with the AC (or while you warm up by the wood stove on the coldest days), and a dining table. Then you have the kitchen with the basic equipment to cook during your vacation, with a gas top. The house also offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. S'Arracó is a little village in the southwest of Mallorca, belonging to the municipality of Andratx. It is located in a little valley at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. So this is an excellent starting point for hiking and biking excursions. The sea also is near, about 4.1 km away in Sant Elm, so it also is a perfect place for a beach vacation.
