Spend a wonderful vacation with your family and friends in this marvellous villa in the middle of the countryside. You can take a dip in the beautiful chlorine 10 x 4 metres pool which has a depth between 0.8 and 2.05 metres. You can sunbathe on one of the comfortable sunbeds around the pool,which are completed with a parasol that will protect from the son in the hottest hours. By the pool, you will find the terrace and furnished porch area where you can spend great evenings by your loved ones or have a drink at sunset while admiring the beautiful surrounding views of the fields. The barbecue area is located under a porch somehow separated from the house and it includes a table to prepare the food and cook in good company. The property is fenced and privacy is total. The 296 m2 house is divided into three floors. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful and warm living room which is decorated in a simple way, where you can watch the satellite television or simply read a book and disconnect while refreshing with the air-conditioning. We enter the dining area through an arch. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob. In the house you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. In this house you can rest in 5 bedrooms.
