This magnificent villa features an amazing water salt pool that measures 8.50 x 4 meters with a constant depth of 1.50 meters. The comforting built-in jacuzzi (cold water) will help you relax at the end of the day. The garden area also offers loungers for sunbathing, sofas where you can sit down to have an aperitif and a fabulous barbecue area where you can taste delicious grilled meats and vegetables under the porch. There also is an outside bathroom with a shower. The property is fenced and there are adjoining neighbours. The two-storey house has been decorated with great taste and has all the comforts to spend a wonderful vacation. The great living room is equipped with AC and Smart TV with satellite channels.
