This lovely property is perfect for enjoying every moment outdoors. The 10 m x 5 m chlorine pool, with a depth ranging from 0.45 m to 1.50 m, offers a refreshing escape on hot days. Relax on sun loungers by the pool, which is safely fenced for children's protection. The spacious 35 m² porch is ideal for gathering with family or friends over delicious meals prepared on the barbecue. In the garden, you'll find fruit trees, including lemon, orange, and medlar. Inside, the house spans two floors. The ground floor features a bright lounge with five armchairs and satellite TV, a separate dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a vitro cooktop. There are four bedrooms, each with two single beds and access to a small terrace. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and there's an additional bathroom with a bathtub for convenience. The property includes four fans and can provide a crib and high chair upon request. The laundry area is located in the garage on the lower floor, equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Located in the residential area of Sa Coma, the beach is just 400 meters away, with other nearby options including S'Illot and Cala Millor. Porto Cristo, about a 10-minute drive, offers various tourist services and attractions like the famous Caves of Drach and Hams Coves.
