Beautiful and modern Villa near Sa Pobla with a lovely mountain views. The house has a living area of ??approx 250 sqm. The ground floor, by the entrance at your right you get the stairs that take you to the second floor, on your left side you see the first bedroom and ahead a dining area in an open concept with the living area full equipped , Also the kitchen is super modern with a bbq . On the first floor there are two further bathrooms and three bedrooms. From the balcony you can enjoy the fantastic views of the Mallorcan countryside. The house has air conditioning and central heating.
Outside, the house got a large garden with a big swiming pool and a bathroom. The place provide a lovely space where familiy and friends can live unfgortables moments.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
