Wonderful villa in Mediterranean and modern style, with large swimming pool, ideal for a great holiday with family or friends.
Designed in a Mediterranean style, introducing a very new concept with large spaces, the house is very luminous and modern.
The villa is situated between Sa Pobla and Muro.
The villa sits on a plot of 15.000 m² total area.
On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, in a new concept, open to the dining/living room which includes cosy sofas, TV with satellite channels, DVD and CD player and WiFi. You will also find here 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with jacuzzi.
On the first floor there is another double bedroom en suite.
The quiet countryside invites you to relax in the outdoor area. Outside right next to the house you can enjoy the round swimming pool with sun loungers and a barbecue area for great evenings with family and friends.
There is a children's playground, a volleyball court and a ping-pong table.
There is also a garage.
The villa has been built with high quality materials, very functional and all the appliances are of high quality.
There is air conditioning hot/cold and underfloor heating throughout the house.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties allowed 35€ /person
- Electric cars plugged into the electric network of the house 100€ per week.
- In order to comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
