Welcome to this beautiful village house on the outskirts of the Mallorcan village of Sa Pobla. From here it is only 7 kilometers to the beautiful sandy beach Playa de Muro of 12 kilometers in length. Here you are far away from mass tourism and can find peace and relaxation.
The village house has a living space of 140 m², is bright and lovingly furnished with modern furniture and offers enough space for 6 people. The house has 2 floors and it is equipped with 3 comfortable bedrooms (1 x double bed, 2 x 2 single beds)
It has 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath) and a guest toilet.
The living area with comfortable sofa invites you to linger. Here you will find a flat-screen TV (satellite / cable) and a CD player. Internet / WLan is of course available. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The house also has a garage, where you Can accommodate your bikes safely.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
