At the front is the 13,6m2 furnished porch where you can enjoy wonderful evenings with your family and friends. The privacy of the property is partial and you have access to 1 outdoor parking space. The property features a cozy lounge with a wood-burning stove, perfect for relaxing with TV, internet, or a good book. The furnished dining area is adjacent, ideal for enjoying meals with loved ones.
