This charming two-story house in a fantastic urbanization features two inviting porches for relaxation. The front porch is perfect for enjoying breakfast or a glass of wine at sunset, while the back porch, complete with a barbecue, is ideal for evening meals. An outdoor shower is also available to cool off after a day at the beach. Inside, the bright and cosy living-dining room offers a great space to relax with satellite TV or enjoy meals together. The modern kitchen, equipped with a ceramic cooktop and all necessary utensils, makes cooking easy. The house has four bedrooms, each with a wardrobe. One bedroom with a single bed is on the ground floor, while the upper floor has two double bedrooms (with ceiling fans) and another bedroom with a single bed. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower—one on each floor. The house also provides a cot, high chair, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Ducted air conditioning is available throughout, except in the ground-floor bedroom. Located in Sa Ràpita, a beautiful coastal area, this house is close to stunning beaches like Es Trenc and Playa de Ses Covetes. The area offers a range of services, including restaurants, bars, a supermarket, and a marina. A visit to Palma de Mallorca, the island's capital, is also highly recommended.
