At the back of the house, by the kitchen, an outside dining area where you can have lunch or dinner out doors and enjoy fabulous barbecues under the awning protection. On the first floor you will find the ideal place for sunbathing or admiring the stars at night. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. The two storey 120 m2 house has a comfortable, refreshing and Mediterranean style which will make you feel at home. On the ground floor you will find the living and dining room where you can watch TV or simply have a rest on the sofa while refreshing with the air-conditioning. Then the beautiful and Mediterranean dining area with capacity for 4 people. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped, with a ceramic hob and dishwasher, and also a table for 4 people. From the kitchen we have access to the back terrace of the house. It also has a laundry area with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. A shower bathroom completes this floor. Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms. This house is located in Sa Ràpita, in the 3rd line from the sea and very close to the beach, only 1.5 km away. In addition to the beach of the village you can also visit the amazing and paradisaical beach of Es Trenc, a wonderful turquoise waters and white sandy beach where you will enjoy really a beach day in a virgin environment.
