Description
This finca offers high end furnishings, a salt water pool and sits detached on a spacious property, surrounded by fields, on the edge of Sa Rápita, a quaint town, away from mass tourism and its Caribbean style Es Trenc Beach. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a very comfortable property in a very quiet location only a short walk from the town centre with its many amenities, the yacht harbour and the beach.
Built in 2012 and renovated in 2017, the one storey house has 250 m². The interior offers three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully loaded kitchen with a dining area and a spacious living room with a cosy sectional and a large dining table. All bedrooms ate furnished with 180 x 200 cm double beds and have nightstands with reading lamps on either side. Sleep tight with the windows open, as the mosquito screens will keep you save from insects. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, offering comfortable temperatures inside, no matter the weather. There are also large wardrobes for your luggage. The first bedroom grants access to the adjacent bathroom with a shower, a window and a toilet. The second bathroom offers a level access shower, a bidet, a sink and a toilet. The third bathroom even offers a bathtub. The comfortable, air conditioned living room is furnished with a large sofa and an armchair. For your evening entertainment, there is a large flat screen TV and a stereo. The fireplace offers a cosy atmosphere and warmth on cooler winter evenings. The dining table for six lets you enjoy meals together. The fully loaded kitchen offers all you need for a self-catering holiday, including an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a blender, a coffee maker, a five burner gas stove and more. Other amenities include a free high speed internet connection via Wi Fi, a washing machine and a dryer and an ironing station.
The 14,000 m² property offers privacy. The finca and the large, 7.5 m x 5 m salt water pool (ideal for children who suffer from chlorine intolerance) is a large lawn area with sun loungers and a sun shade. For your comfort, there is a spacious outdoor shower, so you can rinse of before going back inside. The patio was extended in the spring of 2017 and offers nearly 100 m2 of space, furnished with a large dining table and a comfortable lounge area. There is a wooden Weber barbecue at your disposal. Palm trees, Mediterranean plants, the cactus garden and a small fruit orchard embellish the exterior. The garage is integrated into the house and offers a cool parking space for your vehicle.
All the lovely little details will help you feel right at home and have been placed by the owners, who also spend their holidays here and who want you to feel right at home. The house is accessible via an electric gate from the street.
It is 1.5 km to Sa Rápita. There you will find small restaurants, a bank, a grocery store, a local baker, an ice cream parlour and a pharmacy. It is only 1 km to Es Trenc Beach and the Yacht harbour. Campos, which is the nearest larger city, is about a 10 minute drive (9 km). Here you will find large supermarkets, boutique shops, bicycle rental and many more amenities, offering you a relaxing holiday. It is 35 km to the airports and 40 km to Palma, which is a gorgeous city with much to offer.
