The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, while one of the additional bedrooms has two single beds, and the third one has a bunk bed and a single bed, perfect for the younger members of the family.

Cots and high chairs for babies are available (the first one is free, if you require a second one, it will have a cost of 40€/night, always upon request).

The use of heating will have an extra cost to be determined upon arrival, depending on the price of diesel at that time.

*This property is located in a residential area; therefore, only families or groups of responsible individuals seeking tranquility will be accepted. Groups of young people will not be accepted.

House Rules:

-Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Smoking is allowed outdoors, but please ensure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground.

-Maintain cleanliness and order at all times.

-Towels: You will be provided with a set of bath towels plus one towel for the pool, which should not be used on the beach.

-You are responsible for disposing of the garbage generated during your stay. Please separate the trash into the designated containers and place it in the designated area. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge of 150€.

-Use the air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close windows and doors to prevent the escape of cold or hot air.

-Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you wish to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
