New Sa Torre is a modern design villa newly built, located in the residential coastal area Sa Torre, which belongs to the municipality of Llucmajor. Sa Torre is a residential area and a summer resort of the coast very quiet. The calm is absolute in this house. The municipality of Llucmajor is situated in the south of Mallorca, in a privileged location in the Bay of Palma. The house is located only 18 km away from the airport. Along the 47 kilometers of the coast of Llucmajor, you will have the opportunity to discover incredible bays, beaches of crystalline water and a stunning rugged coastline, where you will find peace and quiet as well as having the opportunity of sailing, to go windsurfing, jet skiing, fishing, diving, etc. The surroundings of Cap Blanc are called "Marina" of Llucmajor, an area of great natural value and natural beauty.
