This large holiday villa is located on a hill in the south-east of Palma and offers fantastic views of the island capital and the bay of Palma. It has an unconventional and imaginative architecture with many balconies, stairs and terraces. Even the most demanding tourists will feel at home here. The terrace area is unique and a favourite spot for all guests. Cool off in the well-maintained pool, sunbathe on the comfortable loungers or relax in the whirlpool (no air conditioning). The popular barbecue area with bar even has a drinks fridge. In the evening, watch the bright lights of Palma and enjoy your holiday with a glass of wine under the bright starry sky. The covered patio with satellite connection is ideal for cosy outdoor dining. 2 bedrooms open on the ground floor to the pool terrace. Ideal for large families or groups of friends who want to enjoy spectacular views with the ease of having the city of palma only 15 minutes drive away. as the house has five double bedrooms and a separate granny flat with separate entrance on the ground floor. Several golf courses are within a 10 km radius and popular cycling routes are just around the corner.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Arrivals later than 21h will have an extra charge of late arrival of 50€ to pay upon arrival.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
