The 88 m², south facing holiday flat is located in a complex with several holiday flats. It was fully renovated in 2014 and can accommodate up to six people. From here you can enjoy stunning views of the ocean, a nearby golf course, Gibraltar and northern Africa's coastline. From the living room and one of the bedrooms, you can access the 27 m² patio which offers views of the community pool and the beautiful garden. From here, you can also enjoy partial ocean views. It is furnished with a table and chairs. The complex has a total of four community pools and there is also a playground for kids. This apartment also has a car parking space in the garage. The flat offers two spacious bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed (1.50m x 1.90 m), the second one offers two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m each). Additionally, you will find two bathrooms: one of the bathrooms boasts a bathtub with massage jets, the other one a shower tub. Both bathrooms also have a sink and a toilet. The bright living room offers a sofa bed for two. Additionally there is a satellite television with international channels, a safe and a dining table for six.
