The first construction of the house dates from the first half of the twentieth century, which was completely renovated in 2010, to equip the house with the necessary comforts of today, without losing the character of the old construction, giving it a rustic-modern decoration where the two styles are combined in a magnificent way. The house is located on a plot of about 7,000 square meters with many trees, with sunny and shady areas where you can relax. From the swimming pool and the terraces of the house you have a beautiful panoramic view of the village of Santa Margalida as well as of the landscape. The house has left behind the old agricultural uses to which it was destined in the last century to give way to a new stage as a holiday home in which the traveller can enjoy a typical Majorcan style house adapted to its time, as well as enjoy its large garden with swimming pool and its surroundings with lawn and trees. Only occasionally is the tranquillity interrupted by the bleating of sheep in the surrounding pastures and the tinkling of bells, sometimes there are also some goats as well as some cats. Detached single-family house of 180 m2 on two floors. On the ground floor consists of living-dining room, fully fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms, one bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with bathroom en suite each one. The water supply is mainly provided by a cistern, which is automatically fed from the property’s own well.
