The private saltwater pool, measuring 8m x 4m and with a depth of 1.3m to 1.8m, is surrounded by a terrace featuring five sun loungers, perfect for enjoying sunny days. On the first floor, a spacious terrace with Caribbean hammocks invites relaxation, ideal for sipping cocktails and dining outdoors. The property is completely private and located within the village. Inside, the bright living room offers satellite TV and a fireplace for cozy family evenings. The well-equipped kitchen includes a vitro ceramic stove, along with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with twin beds, both fitted with ceiling fans and wardrobes. Additional amenities include a cot and high chair upon request. The house features two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and another with a shower—and an air conditioning unit in the hallway, plus four fans. For winter visits, four electric radiators are available. Santa Ponça beach, with its fine sand, is just 500 meters away. The village provides all necessary amenities, including supermarkets, bars, nightclubs, and restaurants. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy nearby courses in Santa Ponsa and Poniente. Explore stunning beaches like Cala Fornells and Camp de Mar, or take a boat trip to the protected island of Dragonera. Palma de Mallorca, home to La Seu Cathedral and Bellver Castle, is also worth a visit. Note: Guests under 30 are not accepted unless part of a family. Passport copies are required for booking. Pets and events are not allowed. Tourist license: ETV/6957. A mandatory tourist tax (Ecotasa) must be paid in cash upon check-in, ranging from 0.55EURO /night in low season to 2.2EURO /night in high season, reducing by half from the ninth day.
