This superb and spacious farmhouse is located in a quiet and peaceful area surrounded by a beautiful large lawned garden with magnificent views across the open, tranquil countryside. Only a few minutes drive is the pretty village of Cas Concos (3.4 km.) with local shops and some really nice restaurants and Santanyi (5 km.) with shops, restaurants some art galleries and a bustling weekly market. Within 15 minutes drive you reach Cala Mondragó, Cala Santanyí and the tourist Cala D'Or with sandy coves, a never ending choice of restaurants and the impressive international yacht harbour. In Cala D'or you can also practice water sports or enjoy an excursion by boat to discover the pretty south-east coast of Majorca.The villaXemarri is a superb two-storey country house offering a high standard accommodation. This charming country house full of natural light is furnished to a very high standard and offers air conditioning in all bedrooms, living room and kitchen. French doors open to the poolside and bouganvillea covered garden terraces. Spacious fully fitted kitchen with a side door to the large covered BBQ area. This floor offers three bedrooms, all very spacious and with gorgeous views to the gardens. A twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and French doors opening to the gardens. This en suite shower room is suitable for wheelchairs. There are two more twin bedrooms that share the adjacent full bath/shower room. One of these bedrooms has direct access to the pool and garden terraces. Guest's cloakroom/wc close to the hall. A beautiful marble staircase leads up to the first floor study room. This is a delightfully quiet, relaxed seating area with a collection of the owners interesting books. The views from this room towards Santanyi are even more amazing. The upper floor offers three more bedrooms. A twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to the upper terrace with fabulous views. The next bedroom, also with twin beds, has en suite shower room, and access to the furnished balcony which is ideal for private sunbathing. The last bedroom has a double bed and full en-suite shower room. The far reaching views from this floor stretch across the open countryside towards the distant islands of Cabrera are truly beautiful.Air conditioning with a limited timetable.OutsideThe exterior is wonderful, spacious and well kept, with far reaching unspoilt countryside views; ideal to relax watching the unforgettable sunsets. The well maintained gardens have colourful shrubs, and mature Palm trees, all set within walled grounds providing plenty of space for children to play around. Charming L shaped vine covered terrace with a brick built BBQ; ideal for al-fresco dining. The superb swimming pool (12.00m x 4.00m Depth 1.20m - 1.80m) has Roman steps. Large sun terraces furnished with reclining sun loungers. Within the grounds are an almond grove and ancient carob trees. For your added convenience the double garage has a guest`s shower room/wc with the laundry room housing the washing machine and direct access into the kitchen.Gated swimming pool available.
